This package includes my unlimited assistance from the initial consultation to on site coordination of your rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.  From start to finish, you have an expert working side by side with you to make your wedding simply fabulous.  The caterers, florists, photographers, make-up artists, musicians and stagers will all bring a uniqueness and quality to your event, setting it apart from the ordinary.
 
 

Initial Consultation

A one-hour meeting to discuss your needs and vision of your wedding day.  Here, you have the opportunity to discuss any pre-selected vendors you may want to use, your budget (if already established), number of people who are expected to attend, and any cultural influences you want to incorporate.

 

  • Setting up your budget with a breakdown of expenses
  • Helping you decide on your guest list, invitations, save the date cards,

              number of people in your bridal party, location and overall vision and style of  

              your wedding            

  • Setting up vendor meetings for your flowers, cake, decorations, banquet halls,  

              ceremony location, photographers, videographers, DJ, Band and Officiant.

  • Negotiating with vendors on your behalf to get the best pricing
  • Reviewing contracts and deposit information with vendors and

              keeping track of deadlines

 
  • Personalized calendar of meetings, deposits, deadlines and deliveries          
  • Reviewing roles and responsibilities with the bridal party
  • Arranging accommodations for your out of town guests
  • Creating wedding day floor plans for the ceremony and reception
  • Conducting necessary site inspections
  • Finalizing all details of the wedding arrangements one week prior to your 

              wedding

  • Overseeing rehearsal, ceremony and reception setup
  • Assist with setup of seating charts, placecards, menus, favors, sign-in book, 

              etc.

  • Coordinating and conducting rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception
  • Making an hour by hour timeline for your wedding day and reception (includes

              accepting deliveries, greeting bridesmaids and groomsmen,

              cues for musicians, walk in for the reception, speech times, first dances,

              review for DJ or master of ceremonies

  • Distributing any final payments to vendors on your behalf
  • Handling any last minute emergencies
  • Gathering all items left at the ceremony including flowers, wedding programs 

              and tossing items to deliver to assigned locations
