With this package, your bridal planner works on your behalf preparing  for your
rehearsal and wedding day. 
Prior to working on-site, we meet 2 months before and discuss what you have planned. 
We take all the information and work behind the scenes to make sure that your rehearsal and wedding day are going exactly as you have planned.
This way you can relax, spend time with loved ones and be pampered as the bride. 
Nothing is left to chance!
 
         

Initial Consultation

A one-hour meeting to discuss your needs and vision of your wedding day. 

Here, you have the opportunity to discuss your pre-selected vendors,

number of people who are expected to attend, and any cultural influences

you want to incorporate.

  

This Package Includes:

  • On-site rehearsal coordination (includes review of seating arrangements, 

               timetables, processional and recessional, positioning of photographer,

               videographer and  transportation)

  • Directing wedding officiant and wedding party for rehearsal and making

              sure everyone involved with the wedding knows their responsibilities

  • Reviewing all signed contracts and specifications
  • Providing detailed timelines to all pre-selected vendors
  • Making an hour by hour timeline for your wedding day and reception

              (includes accepting deliveries, greeting bridesmaids and groomsmen, cues for

              musicians, walk in for the reception, speech times, first dances, review for

              DJ, Band or master of ceremonies

                 
  • Assist with set up of seating charts, placecards, menus, favors,

              sign-in books, etc.

  • Meeting with guests and family members to discuss any

              special arrangements including travel from hotel to ceremony and reception      

              site.

                  
  • Distributing any final payments to vendors on your behalf
  • Handling any last minute emergencies
  • Gathering all items left at the ceremony including flowers, wedding programs ,

               etc, and packaging them to be sent home with a designated person.
