This package is for the bride and groom who want professional assistance getting started on planning their wedding, but do not need on-site coordination services.  Providing all of the research services to help you plan your wedding is a specialty.
  
Initial Consultation

A one-hour meeting to discuss your needs and vision of your wedding day. 

Here, you have the opportunity to discuss your pre-selected vendors,

number of people who are expected to attend, and any cultural influences

you want to incorporate.

  • Recommending vendors that fit the style, budget and vision of the customer
  • Setting up appointment times between the customer and the vendor
  • Listing of final selection of vendors and their costs
  • Preparing a budget for the customer to follow
  • Providing a list of the bridal party roles and what the customer

    •     should discuss with them before the wedding day

  • Rehearsal, ceremony and reception schedules for the customer to follow
  • Seating chart forms
  • Discussing possible last minute emergencies and offer the customer

    •     solutions to these emergencies        

  • Making a list of assigned duties
  • Offering the customer ideas for welcome gift baskets and wedding favors
  • Providing vendors with the customer’s final numbers
